You can upload a pet’s face, a human face, or even an
object—anything that’s appropriate and can be cleanly cropped. For unique or
specific requests, feel free to contact us!
All of our socks are carefully handmade and printed with our original designs using a process called sublimation, which means each design lasts longer (even after multiple washes) and feels great against your feet. The socks are also 80% polyester 20% spandex, leaving your socks vibrant and comfortable

Do we crop the photos or do you do that for us?
All you need to do is upload the photo and our team will do the rest for you!
Can I upload one photo with multiple faces? Or do they need to be separate?
You can upload a photo with multiple faces if you’ve chosen a sock design that supports multiple faces. For single-face designs, please only include one face per sock. Add any special instructions in the order notes at checkout.
Can I get anything I want on my design? Does it have to be a face?
It doesn’t have to be a face—it could be a car, a donut, or just about anything! As long as the image quality is clear, we can make it work. Simply leave any specific requests in the order notes.
How long will it take to receive my order if I ordered today?
Our production time is usually 5–10 business days, with an additional 3–5 business days for shipping.
Please note this may vary depending on the time of year and overall demand. Each order goes through a careful design and production process, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work hard to create and deliver your custom product.
What are your socks made of?
They are a polyester/cotton/elastane blend. Primarily polyester to maximise print quality but we can ensure the comfort of our socks and overall longevity.
Can I get a preview before ordering?
We don’t generally offer previews, as they slow down our process. If you really want one, you can contact us, but please note we can’t guarantee a preview. Our team is experienced, and we’ll reach out if there are any issues with your image or personalisation.
