Do we crop the photos or do you do that for us?
All you need to do is upload the photo and our team will do the rest for you!
Can I upload one photo with multiple faces? Or do they need to be separate?
You can include a photo with multiple faces as long as you purchase a design which allows for multiple faces. Leave any specific instructions in the order notes at cart.
How long will it take to receive my order if I ordered today?
In our shipment page, we mention production time is roughly 5-10 business days. Depending on the period of the year and demand, this may change. Please understand that the design and production process takes time
